Background
Jeremy Brew is a dedicated Case Manager with a passion for mental health advocacy and compassionate service. With a steadfast commitment to serving individuals in need, Jeremy brings empathy and expertise to his role, striving to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Before joining WebMed in June of 2022, Jeremy had 17 years of experience working in long term care in various roles, managing departments and serving the elderly population with a focus on Psychosocial well-being.
As a Case Manager, Jeremy works tirelessly to ensure that individuals facing mental health challenges receive the support and resources they require to thrive. Through his compassionate approach, he fosters a supportive environment where clients feel valued, heard, and empowered on their journey towards wellness. Jeremy’s dedication to mental health advocacy extends beyond his professional endeavors. He actively engages in community outreach initiatives, raising awareness about mental health issues and advocating for greater access to resources and support services for those in need.
